This notice explains what personal data Electra Labs collects through this website and what we do with it. It applies to the website only. Client engagements are covered by their own agreements.

Who we are

Electra Labs. For anything in this notice, contact us through the briefing form.

What we collect

Only what you type into the briefing form: your name, organisation, role (if you give it), work email and your message. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and to decide whether and how we can help. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who handles it

Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf as a service provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your last message, unless we begin working together. In that case the data moves into the engagement under its own terms.

Your rights

Under the data-protection law that applies to you, you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object to our use of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us through the briefing form and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

If we change this notice we will update the date below.
